Refund & Cancellation Policy

We, ER4U TECHNOLOGIES Private Limited ("We", "Us", "Our", “Company”), is in the business of providing a cloud-based point of sales software application under the brand name “ERE4U” for restaurants together with optionally integrated services such as inventory management, ordering and delivery apps, Food ordering app, digital menu etc. using a programmable API architecture. The Company through such point of sale software application and websites (together referred to as “ERE4U Platforms”) also provides end to end integration of services for restaurant management to various restaurants and food outlets. The Company has created and owns the ERE4U Platforms and licensed the use of the same by way of various subscription model for a Subscription Fee.

The subscription to the ERE4U POS Platform and other value added services(“ERE4U Subscription”) offered by us is subject to our Terms of Services that isagreed by you (or anyone who accesses and uses the ERE4U Platforms shall be referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User” as the context may require) at the time ofsubscription. You may select a ERE4U subscription plan of your choice and make payment as per the required payment method(s) available for different ERE4U subscription plans.Your paid ERE4U Subscription will be activated only upon successful payment of the Subscription Fee made through the ERE4U Platforms as per the applicable subscription plan chosen by you.

You are required to pay subscription fee as per the ERE4U Subscription plan subscribed by you (“Subscription Fee”). The Subscription Fee for ERE4U Subscription as stated in various subscription plans is non-refundable. except as expressly set forth in these cancellation and refund terms (hereinafter referred to as “Cancellation & Refund Policy”)

Cancellation and Refund Terms

We may accept refund requests on the email : sales@ere4u.in if any of the following conditions gets matched.

  • Package features are not delivered within 15 days as per the listed package on https://www.ere4u.in/feature&pricing.php based on your purchased package.
  • When there is any operational & technical difficulty based on the purchased package & ere4u is not able to resolve it upon your request with in 7 days upon clear statement of operational and technical difficulty mentioned.
  • In case of non delivery of written committed customisations or addons which are not associated and listed in package within 30 days.

All requests for a refund must be initiated through emails on sales@ere4u.in within the refund period with a subject and reason for a refund which can be acceptable & within approval limits as per the above conditions.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
  • If there is ISP - internet service provider issue & you are not able to run the software properly. Some Ad & Blank screen issues have been reported on BSNL Modems & Routers.
  • If any hand made & other software invoice has wrong calculations and does not match with ere4u.
  • If you have changed your mind suddenly without any reason or have switched or made a plan to switch on any other software, you don't want to continue with ere4u.
  • If you have raised the customization request and we have accepted it or developed it.
  • If your hardware does not meet the software requirements.
  • You don't have the manpower or time to implement our products on your site.
  • Your purchase is older than 15 days.

While planning for refunds we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, a refund may apply.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Buyer understands that access to the support, software access, and documentation terminates when the refund is processed.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed by the same payment processor you used to subscribe. Refunds are issued up to 7 business days after they are accepted. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may in our discretion change the Terms of Service as well as this Cancellation & Refund Policy, or any aspect of ERE4U Subscription, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
